Major Partner of the Festival:
Soužití 21 – Aid for Refugees Association
Since its establishment in 1999 its main focus is on migrants, refugees and humanitarian aid. It organizes humanitarian convoys as well as press trips to Balkan, Caucasus and Middle East. In the Czech republic it is spreading the knowledge about these issues through debates, screenings and other events for the general public and schools. It participates in the organization of the summer integration camp for both Czech children and children from asylum seekers’ families.

The club associated with Univerzity of Hradec Králové is organized by the Pro-Aero NGO, which also runs a film club associated with Aero Cinema in Prague. The aim of AFK is to provide access to a variety of non-mainstream films and educational programs about films. It mainly focuses on students and teachers and tries to bring their interest to the film club.

Pardubice

Open Club, department of the Hurá Kamarád Club
The main aim of Open Club is to provide children and young people in Pardubice social services with activities to fill free time, in a safe environment. They provide a variety of facilities including an art and pottery atelier, a dark room, an elementary music studio, an Internet cafe and a garden with a playground. It organizes regular cultural and educational events. In the last two years the club has also partaken in various alternative events, including festivals and thematic evenings of music and theatre.

The association established in autumn 1998 is active in Plzeň and throughout Western Bohemia. It is a platform, providing support to creative activities and education for those engaging in alternative theatre and "paratheatre". The Telepace Association organizes unconventional cultural events, benefit nights and free-time activities. It focuses both on children, the local youth, families and the general public. Its main aim is to support children’s education and to provide them with cultural and ethical values. The association particularly tries to help children from deprived families. Yearly, approximately 14,000 people attend the events organized by the association.

Diocesan Charity of Ostrava and Opava
Diocesan Charity of Ostrava and Opava is part of the Czech Catholic Charity. It provides support for needy people, especially eldery people who are alone, mothers with children in need, homeless people, the disabled, needy families, drug addicts, refugees, prisoners and people leaving prisons. A significant part of its activities consist of humanitarian aid abroad.

University club – Bludný Kámen Tearoom was established in 1996 as an alternative cultural organization that focuses on minority genres: experimental, open, multicultural projects in poetry, music, film, theatre, fine arts and science. The club is involved with approximately 130 events aiming to provide people in Opava with an alternative to mainstream culture. Bludný Kámen Association runs a tearoom – meditation space, House of Arts and a Jazz club.

The non-governmental organization YIU was established in 1998 by a group of young people feeling the need to contribute to the mutual understanding of cultures present in the Czech Republic. The organization operates both in the Czech Republic and abroad through meetings of young people, exhibitions, concerts, discussions, seminars, publications, workcamps.

This project organizes and cooperates with cultural events and educational programmes. Their aim is also to try to reduce racist and xenophobic feelings, enhance human rights awareness, and to help in the development of democracy and tolerance in the society.

The Municipal Cinemas of Uherské Hradiště were established in 1991 when the original County Authority of Cinemas was dissolved. The cinemas are still financially supported by the town-hall. It runs Film Club and a Children’s Film Club – Bijásek and Mír Club. It cooperates with a number of non-profit cultural and social events both in the town and the region, including: Thirty Days for Non-profit Sector, ODVAZ, the Oneworld festival, Earth Day, Anniversary of 10th March Uprising in Tibet, Bambriáda, Slovacke Sun, the HKL event and many more.

The agency financially supported by the town-hall organizes most of the cultural events in the town (KPH, exhibitions, discussions, concerts, programmes for schools and more). It publishes bi-weekly Spektrum Rožnovská (Spectrum of the Rožnov Region) and runs a gallery in the municipal Library. T Club also administrates SKATEPARK providing the opportunity for children and the local youth to actively fill their free time. SKATEPARK is owned by the town.
