The Lucerna cinema (Vodičkova 36, Prague 1) serves as the festival center, with main screening hall, guest and press services, a videothéque with more than 800 human rights documentaries, internet service, and a café bar.

All documentaries are screened with Czech subtitles. Films in English will be screened in the small hall of the cinema Praha and at the British Council. Werner Herzog retrospective and Classics of the Non-Fiction Film retrospective will be screen at the Ponrepo (simultaneous translation with ear-phones).

The ticket price for films is 60 Kc. Beginning April 8, Festival admission passes (karta diváka) will be sold at the Lucerna Cinema for 150 Kc. With this pass, tickets for film screenings are 30 Kč.

The complete Festival program will be available at all Festival movie theaters.

The Festival catalogue, containing synopses of all competition films and other information, will be available for 100 Kč.
