Supported by: International Visegrad Fund Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) produce a number of high quality documentaries each year. However, they are rarely presented at film festivals abroad. In order to raise the visibility of Visegrad documentaries, One World has launched a new project to create a database and video library of major documentaries produced in Visegrad countries after 1989. A special selection of 25 documentary films from the Visegrad Library will be screened at One World 2003. The Visegrad Library project will be also presented at Mediawave Györ, the Cracow Film Festival, and One World Bratislava. [ read more... ] International Visegrad Fund |
